We will accept returns for shoes only. all handbags and accessories are final sales. we will gladly provide exchanges or store credits on any shoe that you are not satisfied with because of Size or manufacture defect. Elle-Simone reserves the right to refuse any item that has been Damaged or worn. you have 7 days from confirmed delivery to request a return. Please contact us A.S.A.P 

Please note that Shipping and Handling fees are not refundable. all return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer.
